Position Details
Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Options: Full-time, Part-time, or PRN
Pay: $30.00 per hour

About the Position
Our Home Health nurses provide personalized care to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their health, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Providing education and support to patients and families
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation
Qualifications
Current Illinois RN license
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
