ILLINOIS FOOD SERVICE SANITATION MANAGER CLASSES

Jersey County Health Department offers 3-4 classes per year.  To schedule an in person class, call 618- 498- 9565 ext. 321.

FOOD HANDLER TRAINING CLASSES

To schedule an in person, Food Handler Training, you must have 10 or more people. The cost is $15.00 per person. This class can be held at an establishment or at the Health Department. Classes must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. For more information, please call 618-498-9565 ext. 321.
