children immunization clinics
beginning
NOVEMBER 8, 2007

Immunization clinics for infants and children are held the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thursday of each month.

On the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, clinic times are from
9am to Noon and 1pm to 4pm.

On the 2nd Thursday of the month, it is held from
1 :00 p.m. to - 6:00 p.m.

Beginning in January 2008, immunizations will be given by appointment at these clinics.
Appointments can be made at the front desk or by calling 618-498-9565, x301.
A parent or legal guardian must sign the permission form.

Effective since September 1, 2001, the price is $10 per injection for Jersey County residents and $12 per injection for out-of-county residents.
Public Aid Medical Cards and All Kids Cards are accepted for children age 18 and under.

Private health insurance is not billed.

NOTE: No one is refused for the inability to pay.
