Teen Parent Services (TPS) is a program offered by JCHD to help pregnant teens and teen parents obtain their high school diploma or GED. TPS reimburses the participant for transportation to school, assissts tehm with finding child care, and offers the family planning program to delay subsequent pregnancies. The amount of money the partcipant receives is based on the distance the teen travels from home to school. Those teens that ride a bus to school also qualify for this program.
