Nuisance Control

The nuisance control program is based on the county's nuisance ordinances. These complaints relate to the safety of our environment and the people who live in it. Complaints are received, inspected and if warranted, a correspondence regarding abatement is sent. Failure to correct the situation may result in filing a complaint with the County State's Attorney's Office.
