Cholesterol and Glucose Screenings

Cholesterol and glucose screenings are held by appointment on the fourth Thursday of each month.
Testing includes cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, cholesterol/HDL ratio, LDL and blood sugar.

The charge is $25.00.
