Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer (IBCCP) Program

Governor Blagojevich has recently (October 1, 2007) expanded the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program
to cover every uninsured (regardless of income) woman in Illinois between the ages of 35-64.
Younger symptomatic women may be eligible.

The Jersey County Health Department has the BCCP Grant and provides free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, and PAP tests.
The program also covers treatment for those women found to have breast or cervical cancer.

Unisured income eligible women meeting age requirements can contact JCHD at 618-498-9565 ext. 325 or 302
to receive information regarding the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program. IBCCP provides free clinical breast exams,
mammogram screenings, and pap and pelvic examinations to qualified participants.

Women who meet the following income limits are eligible to participate in the IBCCP.
